This page explains what happens to your details when you order from us. It describes what the shop actually does, not what a shop could conceivably do.

What we collect
When you place an order: your name, email address, delivery address and, if you give one, a telephone number. When you ask for a made-to-order piece: your name, a telephone number, whatever you write in the notes, and any photographs you upload as a reference. Nothing else. There is no customer account, no password, and we do not ask for anything we do not need to send you your order. If you report a fault with the website, we keep what you wrote, the page you were on, your browser's description, and an address only if you gave one for a reply. We also keep a one-way fingerprint of your internet address — not the address itself — so that one source cannot flood the form.
Why we need it
To make what you ordered, to work out the postage, to send you an invoice, and to get the parcel to your door. That is the whole purpose. We do not use your details for advertising and we do not sell them to anybody.
What allows us to do this
Handling your name, address and contact details is what makes it possible to fulfil the order you placed — under the GDPR that is processing necessary for a contract. Keeping the sales record afterwards is a legal obligation: tax law requires a business to keep its books for a set number of years, which is why the record of what was sold survives after your personal details have been removed from it. We do not rely on your consent for any of this, so there is nothing for you to withdraw. Nor is anything decided about you automatically.
Who else sees it
The website runs on Vercel and the database is Prisma Postgres, hosted in Singapore. Photographs are stored with Vercel Blob. Notification email is sent through Resend. Each of these can technically see the data they store or carry, and each is bound by a contract to process it only on our instructions. Your delivery address is handed to the shipping company, because otherwise the parcel cannot be addressed.
Payment
We never see your card or bank details. The shop shows a PromptPay code or a Wise link and you pay directly through your own bank or through Wise. No payment information passes through this website.
How long we keep it
Once an order has been sent or cancelled, your name, email address, telephone number and street address are removed from it after 12 months. What remains is the record the bookkeeping needs: what was sold, when, for how much, and to which country. That record is kept for as long as tax law requires. Photographs you sent with a made-to-order request are deleted at the same point, from the picture store as well as from the database. This runs by itself, every night. It does not depend on anybody remembering.
Cookies and tracking
There is no tracking on this website. No analytics, no advertising pixels, nothing that follows you to other sites. Your shopping basket is kept in your own browser and never reaches us until you place the order. The only cookie the site sets is the one that keeps the shop's own staff logged in to the admin area.
Your rights
You can ask us: — what we hold about you, and to be given a copy — to correct anything that is wrong — to delete what we hold, where we are not obliged to keep it — to restrict what we do with it while a question is being sorted out — to hand it over in a portable form, or send it to somebody else — to object to a particular use Write to the address below and we will answer. The shop is in Thailand, where the PDPA applies. Customers ordering from the European Union are additionally covered by the GDPR, including the right to complain to a data protection authority in your own country.
